Sia Chadha is a high school student where she is currently studying Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Higher Math, and several languages including French, Arabic, and English. Sia has earned many school awards for her commitment to academics and her excellence in other school activities. Besides her schoolwork, Sia is a driven student leader, founding the school newspaper Jess Press, and serving as Class Representative and Well-Being Representative. She is also an active member of the Period Poverty Group in her school wherein she helps stitch pads and bags for women in countries lacking in access to menstrual hygiene products. The group also focuses on the removal of taboos and stigmas related to menstruation and encourages participation of all genders in the feminine health and hygiene discourse. She has been awarded the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award. Sia is also a singer, and will soon answer the Grade 6 Trinity Exams for Vocals.
